One of the administrative organs of Samasati Gated Community is the Construction Committee.
Once a lot’s owner has decided to start a building, he must finally submit his construction surveys to the Construction Committee (including corresponding approval and permission set forth by the proper governmental institutions).

In addition to approving all urban and architectural aspects of building in the Gated Community, the Samasati Construction Committee offers Legal and Construction Services, making available to you the experience accumulated in building the Samasati Nature Retreat as well as the private houses currently built on the Gated Community lots. Making a building contract with Samasati Construction Services will guarantee you the full support of an experienced and professional team that will advise you on all legal aspects (regulations, permits) and will supervise all details of the construction. Cost for building is approximately $ 75.00 per Square Foot (750.00 per square meter), for a  good quality of finishing.

Monthly maintenance fee for land with building is $ 150.00
